How does an engagement start?

It starts with a short call to clarify your business, goals, and where decisions are getting stuck. From there I send a scoped proposal — no obligation, and no generic deck.

What does “setup” include, and how long does it take?

Setup means connecting your data sources, building the dashboards and reports, and wiring up the automations. A Starter build is typically live in 2–3 weeks; Multi-Source and custom Company Brain builds run longer depending on scope.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. After the setup phase, the monthly retainer is month-to-month. The work should earn its place every month — not trap you in a year-long agreement.

How is my data kept secure?

For sensitive client or company data, builds can run on private infrastructure you control, with clear data ownership and access scoped to the right people. Your raw data is never resold or shared.

Do you work with brands, agencies, or both?

Both. Brands get senior paid-media and measurement execution; agencies get white-label reporting and cross-account intelligence they can put their own name on.

How is Company Brain different from the reporting tiers?
